UnitedHealth to replace Kraft in Dow 30

NEW YORK — The insurance company UnitedHealth Group is joining the Dow Jones industrial average.
The company will replace Kraft Foods. S&P Dow Jones Indices says the change will be effective at the opening of trading Sept. 24.
UnitedHealth is up about 3 percent in before-market trading.
