New Caribbean chief at Arcos Dorados
The 20-year Arcos Dorados veteran will oversee the company’s operations in Puerto Rico and all Caribbean markets.
Raganato got his start with Arcos Dorados as a trainee in Argentina, working his way through the ranks over the past two decades. He served as general director in Peru prior to his appointment to head Caribbean operations.
Raganato holds degrees from the Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico in Argentina and the Escuela Superior de Estudios de Mercadeo in Madrid.
As Caribbean región director he will oversee Arcos Dorados operations in Curacao, Aruba, Guadalupe, Martinique, French Guyana, St. Thomas, St. Cruz, Trinidad & Tobago and Puerto Rico.
Arcos Dorados has the exclusive right to own, operate and grant franchises of McDonald’s restaurants in 20 Latin American and Caribbean countries and territories, including Argentina, Aruba, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Ecuador, French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, St. Thomas, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela.
The company operates or franchises more than 1,770 McDonald’s-branded restaurants with over 86,000 employees serving approximately four million customers a day.
